Kodiak Club, Basalt, CO – The Kodiak Club is thrilled to announce the launch of its bespoke Summer Dining Series, curated by the newly appointed Executive Chef, Antoine Dubois. This exclusive culinary journey invites members to experience a new season of flavors, celebrating the abundance of fresh, local ingredients from the Roaring Fork Valley.

Chef Dubois, known for his Michelin-starred expertise, has meticulously crafted a menu that honors the vibrant tastes of summer. “My inspiration comes directly from the landscape around us,” says Chef Dubois. “We’re focusing on a farm-to-table philosophy, using ingredients sourced from our local partners to create a truly authentic mountain dining experience.”

The Summer Dining Series will feature exclusive member evenings, wine pairings personally selected by our dedicated Wine Sommelier, and themed dinners that highlight the culinary heritage of the region. Highlights of the menu include a grilled Colorado trout with wild foraged mushrooms, a summer vegetable medley from a nearby farm, and a light, elegant dessert featuring local berries.
